The American Cancer Society and the Iowa Cancer Consortium invite key lung cancer screening partners in Iowa to convene for a Lung Cancer Screening Learning Collaborative Series (LCS^2).

The goal of LCS^2 is to increase lung cancer screening rates in Iowa by helping key partners develop individualized action plans to increase lung cancer screening among their eligible patients. The series will consist of a level-setting webinar, an in-person workshop in Ankeny, and several follow-up virtual meetings throughout the next year.

To take part in this free learning collaborative, partners must commit to the following:

1. Identify one, preferably more, key representatives who can initiate change at your organization.
2. Have key representatives attend a virtual know-before-you-go webinar (or watch the recording) to be held on November 1st.
3. Send key representatives to an in-person workshop in Ankeny, IA, on November 18th. REGISTER
   • Come prepared with existing lung cancer screening data and targets for your centers, if applicable.
   • Be ready to learn, collaborate, and create an individualized action plan for your organization.
4. Have key representatives attend follow-up LCS^2 virtual meetings to share successes and challenges and take follow-up progress surveys throughout the year.

Organizations that are encouraged to participate include but are not limited to:

• Facilities that offer low-dose CT scans for lung cancer screening
• Facilities that want to add lung cancer screening to their list of services
• Health centers that can refer eligible patients for lung cancer screening
• Cancer centers and hospitals
• Organizations that provide tobacco cessation support
• Health insurance providers
• Lung cancer physicians and researchers
