Native American Cancer Support Group Coalition
Established in March 2012, the Native American Cancer Support Group Coalition was formed after the first annual Native American Cancer Support Group Training held in Des Moines, IA. This coalition consists of community leaders from the Northern Plains region including Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota.
We would like to honor the following organizations for their continued support of the Native Cancer Support Coalition: Native American cancer survivors and advocates who have shared their cancer journey, the Northern Plains Comprehensive Cancer Control Program, Great Plains Tribal Chairman's Health Board, Iowa Department of Public Health Office of Minority & Multicultural Health and its supporting Advisory Council.
Dedication: For all Native cancer warriors, communities, and those who have walked on from cancer in the Northern Plains.
